Ilire Vucetaj

lire Vucetaj is Head of People Operations for Hivemind Capital Partners. She is responsible for building and implementing Hivemind's People function to ensure exceptional corporate culture and employee experience. Before joining Hivemind, Ilire served as Director of People Operations in various startups in the AI SaaS/PaaS and adtech industries where she served in key roles in designing scalable processes, attracting and retaining talent, and fostering collaborative company culture. Ilire holds a B.A. in International Studies from the Colin Powell School for Civic and Global Leadership at The City College of New York, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
