She ensures the firm's people strategy supports both its ambitious investment goals and its collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit. Before joining Hivemind, Katie served as the Head of HR at Republic, an on-chain investment platform, where she played a key role in scaling the company from seed stage to unicorn status. She began her career in talent acquisition at a top technical recruiting firm.
