Sayuri Ganesarajah is Head of Legal and Compliance at Hivemind Capital Partners, based in London, UK. Prior to Hivemind, she was a co-founder and the General Counsel for a private equity firm based in London, which built a sustainable bitcoin mining fund. Prior to this, she practiced as a Commercial Litigator at Macfarlanes LLP and Clyde & Co LLP, where she also completed a successful secondment at Legal & General Group plc. Her clients have included technology firms; financial institutions; asset management firms; and inter-broker dealers. Sayuri has a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the London School of Economics. Whilst at LSE, Sayuri completed several internships at various investment banks, including Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. Following a successful Vacation Scheme at Macfarlanes LLP in her final year at LSE, she completed the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School on a full scholarship. Sayuri became a UK qualified Solicitor-Advocate in 2013. Sayuri has maintained a strong commitment to the pro bono sector since a young age and has taken on various voluntary positions in this sector, including the role of Non-Executive Director and Trustee for Citizens Advice.
